A Bit About Me..
Hi, I’m Rachael Lou Phillips. I’m a woman with a passion to constantly grow and expand with a purpose to inspire other driven women to do the same.
One of the biggest “opportunities” in my life (outside of becoming a mother and launching my own business) was finding and overcoming breast cancer. Not for the reason most might think….but on a deeper level of stepping into who I know
Ultimately that opportunity helped me create my dream life! Everything shifted! My business has taken off along with my energy, overall happiness in life and my connection with my children!
I believe that as women we get to honor ourselves as the foundation of our lives, that harmony over balance is more serving and that our life and all we desire gets to grow along with us! (the key is to take care of you).
This is my passion. To support other women in becoming fully alive and activated. Loving themselves and their lives. Showing up fully daily.
